About
Property people,
not just agents.
Founder Brayden Cooper spent more than a decade on the other side of the desk: buying, building and running more than 80 rental homes across Leicestershire.
In all that time, one thing stayed missing: an agent who treated property the way an owner does. He couldn’t find it, so he built it. Relio is a residential lettings agency for Leicestershire and Rutland landlords who want exactly that.
Everything here runs the way we run our own portfolio: maintenance in-house, compliance tracked ahead of deadlines, every fee published, and your whole portfolio visible from one app. We protect landlords’ assets and income, and give tenants a service worth staying for.
